All emails sent from our server have a self unsubscribe link. You may also cancel your account entirely from our member's area, or by notifying us, via our contact page. Please note if you become a member, your data is kept indefinitely for our reporting records. However - if you cancel your account, you will no longer receive emails, and your login and website will be disabled.

General Terms

You agree you are least 18 years old (or are of legal age to conduct business where you live), and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws where you live.

You must have a valid email address, and you agree to update your profile, if your email address changes.

You agree to accept email updates regarding our program. We will never inundate you with emails or spam. We try to limit mailings to 4 a week. It is often less.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds. All advertising involves risk. After doing your own due diligence, if you deem your risk unacceptable for the cost of the membership level you are considering joining, then please consider a free membership instead, or do not join.

Recurring Billing Policy

Automated recurring billing happens only when you agree to the same, upon purchasing a membership, which you may cancel anytime.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time, by using the self cancellation feature in the members area, or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately. If you cancel via our support system, your cancellation will go into effect within 48 hours on business days Mon-Fri.

We make no claims of income or guarantee that you will make money using our website or services. This will depend largely on your own mindset coupled with your own actions.

Unauthorized Use Of Services

The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership without recourse and should NOT be done: 
  (a) sending unsolicited email messages (spam). If you participate in spam on behalf of ANY product or service, you are not eligible!
  (b) otherwise plactice irresponsible marketing practices, that may offend others, and hurt our brand
  (c) using bots with our websites 

Prohibited Activities

Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, bot software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, gambling or criminal activity. 

Termination

Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program or it's users, will have their accounts terminated, and may be prosecuted for their actions.

We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrators in any way. 

Revision Of Terms

We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site, and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice.

NOTE: Affiliates must also abide by the general terms.

COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY

You are solely responsible for making sure your affilite link is properly formatted. You will not be compensated for any lost sales due to an incorrectly formatted affiliate link.

Commissions will not be paid out for any sales, which for any reason were refunded, reversed or "charged back". In the event funds are reversed on a commission already paid out, you will be required to return such funds, or they will be recouped by your future sales.

INCOME DISCLAIMER

We make no claims on how much money you can make with our program. Your ability to earn depends on a number of factors, including your own mindset and actions, where and how (and how often) you advertise the program, and the motivation and ability of those in your paylines, to make sales. Individual results may vary.

You agree not to make any claims, unless you have real proof of such claims.

AFFILIATE PRIVACY

We reserve the right to show your back office pages / success results (such as, but limited to, your payments earned), in our videos, and other promotional materials.

You agree that any material you upload to our site, or post in our forms, may be used in our videos, and other promotional materials, without compensation.

RECEIVING COMMISSIONS

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to supply us with your SSN or Tax ID.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to pay a processing fee of 20% on all $25 commissions, and 20% on all $1,000 commissions. These processing fees are subject to change.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you understand that all commissions earned (minus processing fees) will be released into your back office "bank" after 14 days, at which time, you must submit a withdrawal request in order to be paid.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to provide us with the necessary information (your tax id, full name and address) so we may pay you.

If you choose to use your own Merchant Account, you will be paid directly. The fees are currently .05% plus $.25 per transaction, plus $24.95/mo (fees are subject to change).

AFFILIATE REFUND POLICY

If you choose to use your own Merchant Account, you agree to refund any known fraudulent transactions.

AFFILIATE DEFINITION

You understand your role as an affiliate marketer does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship, and affiliates are considered independent contractors, and as such, you are responsible for your own bookkeeping, taxes, and reporting, where applicable.

TERMINATION

You may not use or create negative posts, pages, campaigns, videos, etc., with words such as "scam" or "scheme", or otherwise do nitwit things that will harm our brand. You may not offer special deals or cash back rebates. Members caught spamming or otherwise violating our TOS and or causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will investigate all allegations before taking action.
