Why should you have a U.S. based MLM Software Developer like Jim Symonds of Automatic Web Software create a custom MLM program for you?
Because made in the USA is important to you. Because U.S. based English speaking American support is important to you. And because running your own MLM business puts you 100% in charge. It's your business. You own it. You call all the shots. You control the website, the brand, the copy, the products / services. Your unique vision will shape everything. But you won't be going it alone.
You also won't be left wondering if you will get paid, when the payments are coming directly to you to begin with, as the MLM company owner.
If you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur, you should strongly consider running your own MLM company.
With the right combination of attractive website and product or service combined with a great comp plan, you should have no trouble finding plently of quality MLM Affiliates, eager to grow your company, in exchange for their own piece of the pie.
What will your network marketing membership site sell? Still brainstorming ideas? Let's talk.
Pop Quiz!
What is your customer acquisition cost when your affiliates are referring sales to your MLM company? Zero. Zilch. Nada.
Now of course you pay a little something for hosting and support, but still, this is pretty sweet when you consider what you might be paying otherwise for MLM leads, either in money or time.
Affiliates are the lifeblood of all MLMs. Now you can put them to work for you. Selling YOUR MLM program!
Do you know what kind of comp plan you want to use? Your comp plan should be easy to understand and have plenty of leverage, to attract heavy hitters.
Comp plans caveats include Direct Sales only (1 tier - no leverage), Unilevel (does not pay infinitely deep), Forced Matrix (2x2 2x3 3x7 3x9, etc.. tend to attract lazy people, who expect their downline teams be built for them), the old school 2x10 binary forced matrix (too confusing and unfair rules to collect commissions - you must balance your legs - WHAT?!?).
UPDATE 1/20/23 - Since originally writing this article, I have softened my views on forced matrices. They can still be incredibly powerful and successful with the right formula in the right hands. Not everyone wants or knows how to effectively promote, so the idea of members being able to earn passive income is a key attraction, which cannot be ignored.
** I have also since coded my own 2x10 binary forced matrix, which has no crazy rules about balancing your legs. Members simply get paid per position on each person that fills their 2x10 matrix. While the code is quite advanced, the outcome is super simple, very attractive and extremely fair for the affiliates, unlike the old school binary models.
So if you considering a 2x2 forced matrix or 2x3 forced matrix or a 2x10, 3x10 forced matrix, we should talk.
So what is the best comp plan to use?
IMHO, the answer is: Powerlines (X-up software systems or Pass up software systems)
Why?
Only powerline sales pay on referrals infinitely wide and infinitely deep. No other plan I know of can do this.
If you have heard of reverse 1-up, reverse 2-up and reverse 3-up MLM software systems, you may already be aware of how the mlm powerline comp plan works (how the mlm pass up comp plan works).
Some of the best known MLM systems to use these kinds of comp plans include Empower Network and National Wealth Center (formerly Infinity Downline) and Easy 1up.
So how important is the powerlines comp plan to these programs? You be the judge.
Let's take a reverse 2-up (passing up sales 2 and 4) for example.
Each member earns infinitely wide (except their personal sales 2 and 4 - which they pass upline) And infinitely deep (each member collects all sales created under their genealogy tree, which are numbered 2 and 4 that fall under their direct sales 1,3,5 and beyond to infinity). These "pass ups" are known as powerline sales or pass up sales.
The progression of powerline pass up sales is multiplied by 2 each level down the leg. 1st level is 2 (each qualified direct person you refer, except sales 2 and 4, must pass you 2 sales), so your 2nd level is 4 (2 people pass you 2 people each), 3rd level is 8, 4th level is 16, 5th level is 32 - keep multiplying times 2 each level down you go. And this all stems from just one qualified sale (in this case, your 1st sale).
This process repeats for every qualified direct sale you make (when there is growth below you)!
Disclaimer - this example assumes each person in this powerline leg refers at least 4 people, and this may never happen, but still, for those who DO refer (wherever pass ups occur within your powerline legs), the potential leverage is still tremendous.
Now let's take a reverse 3-up (passing up sales 3,5,7) for example. This is my favorite model, and one I pioneered.
A reverse 3-up program is exponentially more powerful, as the progression of powerline pass up sales is multiplied by 3 each level down the leg. 1st level is 3 (your qualified direct referrals must each give you 3 referrals), so your 2nd level is 9, 3rd level is 27, 4th level is 81, 5th level is 243 - keep multiplying times 3 each level down you go. And this all stems from just one qualified sale (in this case, your 1st sale).
This process repates for every qualified direct sale you make (when there is growth below you)!
Can you see the incredible levegerage in the powerlines comp plan?
When you truly understand this kind of leverage, you may not want to use any other comp plan, ever again.
Same Disclaimer Here - this example assumes each person in this powerline leg refers at least 7 people, and this may never happen, but still, for those who DO refer (wherever pass up occur within your powerline leg), the potential leverage is still tremendous.
